Effective date: July 2, 2026 · Agistech Inc., San Jose, California
Agistech Inc. ("we," "us") is a consultancy based in San Jose, California, delivering AI Governance, Cloud Security, FinOps, and GRC services. This policy describes what information our website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Contact us via our consultation page, on LinkedIn, or for privacy-specific requests by email at contact@agistechinc.com.
When you submit our consultation form, we receive the name, email address, service interest, and message you provide. This data is transmitted to and processed on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States, and we use it solely to respond to your inquiry and manage our business relationship with you. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.
When you book a meeting through our scheduling widget, your booking details are processed by Calendly LLC under Calendly's privacy policy.
Our own pages do not set cookies. We use no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies.
The Calendly scheduling widget on our consultation page sets its own cookies, which is why it loads only after you choose to open it. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage (a single flag, readable only by this site). You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
This website includes an AI chat assistant powered by Amazon Bedrock, a service provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS). When you use the chat widget, the messages you type are transmitted securely over TLS to AWS and processed by an AI language model to generate responses.
We do not store or log your chat conversations on our systems. Our Lambda function logs only non-sensitive request metadata (such as HTTP method and path) for operational purposes — message content is never written to our logs. Note that AWS and Amazon Bedrock may process prompts briefly for service operation and abuse prevention under their own policies. We recommend you do not share sensitive personal, financial, confidential business, or regulated information through the chat widget.
Amazon Web Services processes chat data under AWS's privacy policy and applicable data processing agreements. AWS infrastructure used for this feature is located in the United States.
Loading certain page resources shares your IP address with the provider serving them, as is inherent to how the web works. This site currently uses: Google Fonts (typeface files served by Google), Unsplash (background photography), Calendly (scheduling, only after you activate it), AWS (form processing), and Amazon Bedrock (AI language model powering the chat assistant, only when you use the chat widget). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We periodically review these dependencies with the goal of minimizing third-party data exposure.
Consultation inquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and, where a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus applicable legal retention periods. You may request deletion at any time. Chat message content is not logged or retained on our systems — only non-sensitive operational metadata (HTTP method, path, status code) is written to CloudWatch logs, which are retained for 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there. Visitors from the EU/EEA and UK have equivalent rights under the GDPR, and may lodge complaints with their supervisory authority. To exercise any right, contact us through the consultation page or at contact@agistechinc.com — we respond within 30 days.
We apply the same practices we advise clients on: least-privilege access, encrypted transmission (TLS), and continuous monitoring of our infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information with commercially reasonable safeguards.
Our services are for businesses. This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We will post any changes on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be noted prominently.
